The Okanagan Métis & Aboriginal Housing Society

offers two types of housing; Subsidized and Affordable units

Our subsidized units are available to Aboriginal/Métis families with full-time dependents under the age of nineteen. Rents will be based on 30% of household income or the maximum shelter allowance if on Social Assistance.

Our Affordable units are available to students, single people, seniors, and parents with one child. These units will be offered at or slightly below then current market rents. The Affordable units will not be subsidized.

Nissen Crossing Affordable Rents:

One bedroom $1,050 - $1,185

Bachelors $850 - $900

Two bedroom $1,350 - $1,492
